一 |                                                          제주시는 장애인복지 관련 비영리법인이나 단체를 대상으로 다음달 2일까지 제주시 장애인가족지원센터 수탁기관을 공개 모집합니다.장애인가족지원센터는 장애인 가족을 위한 맞춤형 사례관리와 상담, 휴시지원, 역량강화 사업 등을 추진하게 됩니다.제주시는 수탁기관선정위원회 심사를 응모한 법인·단체에 대한 재정부담능력과 지역사회 연계 방안 등 종합적으로 평가해 적격 기관을 선정할 방침입니다.최종 선정 기관은 위탁개시일로부터 3년간 센터를 운영하게 됩니다.。    (ECNS) -- CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd said Thursday it has launched international arbitration against Panama under an investment treaty, seeking more than $1.5 billion in damages over the loss of its port concessions.    The company said Panama breached treaty protections through measures in 2025 and 2026 that ended its contracts and led to the takeover of the Balboa and Cristobal terminals. Hutchison notified Panama of the dispute in February and sought a settlement, but only one consultation was held with no compensation offered.    Founded by Hong Kong billionaire Li Kashing, Hutchison said it “strongly disagrees” with Panama’s actions and urged investors to exercise caution. The company said it will continue pursuing resolution while protecting its rights under international law.                        。
